1. Service
BookNarrate is a web-based software service that helps bookkeepers transform monthly financial inputs into plain-English client summary drafts.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information.
3. Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically on a monthly basis unless canceled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use BookNarrate for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity, or to violate the rights of others.
5. Availability
We aim for reliable service, but uptime is not guaranteed. The service may be modified, interrupted, or discontinued as needed.
6. Liability
BookNarrate is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
